You have to do the quest in order to be able to port. You have to click on the bush in the druid ring in Gfay. It'll tell you to go to the portal trainer in Kelethin and then she'll give you a hint about the other 4 places that the druid ring ports to and from...Antonica, Commons, Steamfont, and Butcher. Of course only lvl 25+ druids and sorcerers can do the quest and be able to port

Edit: And of course if i read the first page of this thread i would know somebody already said that...lol
