It is probably worth stating that if adornments are made pristine, a number of the secondary components are returned. Thus:

Treasured adornments return 5 fragments, and

Legendary adornments return 3 powders.

I just dinged lvl 70 transmuter yesterday so I haven't had a chance to make a fabled adornment, I'm assuming some of those secondaries are returned as well.

Because of the returns for pristine, I've only asked people to provide the minimum mats for each type of adornment I've made so far. If you are dealing with a crafter who asks for the full amount of mats you are getting ripped off.
