I agree LFG, I've noticed the same...I feel really bad when someone brings me 10+ items to transmute and they're lucky to get one powder.

With my post I wasn't implying that crafters who keep the returned mats are necessarily "ripping" people off...if it is agreed upon that the crafter keeps the returned mats as part of the deal to make the adornment, so be it (kinda like the dusts returned for making AD3s). I just thought it is important to state that the listed materials needed for an adornment isn't necessaily what is consumed in the process.
