always on top

I'm trying to get the mini parse and the timer window to float above eq2. When i set always on top for the two windows they will float above eq2 when it is in windowed mode but disappear when I run it in full screen mode. Any ideas on what could be causing this behaviour?

The fact that windows can never go on top of a full-screen Direct3D application. Your only option for full screen is using one of ACT's HTML view options.
