The old ACT would sort heal / DPS spells/CAs by actual %
IE autoattack piercing would be 30% overall dps and thus it would be at the top of the list when viewing the dps pie chart

The new ACT seems to put it in alphabetical order thus putting piercing somewhere in the middle of the list.

Is there a way to switch it back to % based sorting ?

Sort by Damage, go away from it, then come back from it. Now you're listed everything by Damage including the pie-char listing.
