ACT website down?

I can't seem to download ACT for EQ2 from the homepage.

Anyone else having this problem?

That is not a valid URL, and never was.

download_box is a named

tag that acts as a CSS layer. Most of the website is one HTML file divided into layers that the browser places on top of eachother unless CSS is disabled. The nav bar links are JavaScript calls to raise the requested layer to the top of the stack(to be visible).

I figured out why it was not working. If you are running the NoScript plug in for firefox, it will block the website from using javascript.
