Making an AA ability timer

I'm trying to make a custom trigger/timer for some of my AA skills so ACT will let me know when they have refreshed.

In theory, I think I know how to set up what I want, but I can't get it to work right. For example Focused Casting has a 3 min timer. When I use it there is no flavor text or anything that shows up in the logs to create a trigger off of. So I thought I could macro it with a tell to an empty spam channel or something that i created and then have ACT just work to create a timer off that tell, but I can't seem to get the syntax in the custom trigger to recognize the tell.

I've tried to read some of the links to Regex stuff, but its all well beyond my computer skills. Can anyone help me with this please?

Essentially the simplest regex you can make for a situation like that is:

You replace the @ symbols with what ever text you're sending the chat channel. What the rest of it means is to look for anything except a quotation mark, until you find a quotation mark, then look for what is specified after the quotation mark(which is some @ and another quotation mark).
