Problems with newest download and G15 keyboard

with the newest download v 2.07.0.186 after I click download then hit upload it closes ACT like usual but does not re-open ACT. Then every time i try to manually open it it asks me to DL the update again. Also, the LCD on my G15 is disabled and when i try to turn it on thru the general options tab it tells me the client is allready in use.

what am i doing wrong?

update: am able to use the Task manager to end the ACT process and after that restarting ACT enabled the LCD screen. However, it still wants to DL the update every time I open the program.

Sorry if its something stupid I just dont realize...

btw thank you again Aditu, ACT is an extremely beneficial app.

v2.7.0.185 has a problem where it is trying to open the wrong file name. So ACT never closes, though it does hide, thus the G15 stays connected I suppose.

Just download the EXE/ZIP from the main ACT website or manually execute the update-2.7.0.186.exe file in ACT's folder. That's all ACT tries to do after downloading anyhow.
