Transparent Spell Timer Window

I was wondering if someone could let me know how to open the Spell Timers AFTER you enable the new Transparent Spell Timer Window.

It seems that I can't right click on the spell timer window to open the options anymore after enabling click through. I don't know why...

Nah, seriously is there a shortcut key, or anything?

Transparency and click-through are separate options. Transparency won't affect the window's functionality. Once you enable click-through the only way to disable it, once the Spell Timer list window is hidden, is to right-click the Show Timers button on ACT's main window.
