By having a raid that looks at their detrimental window. Yes, that's the only way, period. If you are too stupid to look at your detrimentals, you shouldn't be raiding anymore.

One way is to have someone use the F keys to check each and every group member for the debuff. Sometimes you can catch it on a person, sometimes you're screwed. Usually by the time you find it you're screwed though, but at least you know who to kick.

SoE needs to add a retard emote like they did for everything else. Trak Anon shouts HAHAHA THE BARD IN GROUP 3 CAN'T READ HIS DETRIMENTAL WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it puts a sparkly yellow particle effect glow around the person it's on... if you have your graphics up high enough you might be able to see it.

but really that's all you get.
