Quick warning about these emulated servers.
Some different annoyances i have run across in the past.
- Cheats
- Zero customer service
- Some are very tricky figuring out the way to make eq work with the diff server ( see the zero customer service above statement)
- Complete Wipes
- People running the emulated server get tired of doing it and shut it down. ( Usually after about 6 months start looking for signs of this )
- Some emulation servers require you to have a certain install of the game which may be hard to get a hold of ( ie 2nd edition of luclin install patched to 1.34 blah blah version) and they wont provide it.
Basically if your ok with the above happening go have fun, and as far as sony messing with you about it i wouldnt worry too much.
