I used the titan bar and added alphamap. Yes titan bar is out of date but it gave me just what I wanted and the default UI is good it just lacks a few things.

Experiment with Grid for raid frames. Once you configure it correctly it is the single most powerful add on for a healer to use. You can filter out debuffs, change how the hitpoint bars look, ADD debuffs from encounters if you just want to know who has them, even if you can't dispell them (IE Fatal Attraction on Mother Shahraz)

If I were to install my WoW CDs again, would anyone be willing to at least tell me what servers they are on so that I could have some folks to talk to? I tried it once before, but being alone on a new MMO is just boring. Then I could have input on UI choices too.

files.wowace.com -- that being said, I can not stress enough you have to take sometime to configure it to the way you want it to be, or it will actually make healing MORE difficult. I recommend inverted health bars, and showing hp as a numerical deficit for absolute sure.

if you want to raid on week ends (and possibly week days when we get geared up) I'll take you.

My guild is on Garithos atm, but we are leaving the server at the end of the month. so it would be pointless to start a new toon their right now.

Low population pvp servers are the suck if you want to raid. moving to a higher population PVE server.

Moving to a PvE server is dumb in WoW. If you want to raid, you stick to the PvP servers and go to a high-population one. The population of PvP servers in WoW just dwarfs the PvE server populations. Not to mention the best raid guilds are on the PvP servers, and there is no way to transfer to a PvP server from a PvE server.

Tater I'm feral. And all I want is a UI that has a moveable class bar and hotbars. I tried X-perl but could not find out how to add more hotbars. I used bongos liked it but when I changed forms the main hotbar (#1) didn't change right. I have tried over 10 UIs. Some I download and don't work at all. Others I can't move what I want.

I use to use CT mod but I really think the people who make that are fucking retards. I have never seen something get ruined so badly.

wtf does it mater if your on pvp or pve as long as it is a high population server? It is not as if I'll need to recruit 50k people to raid. I don't know if you heard but all I need to do kara is 10 people and 25 for other raids.

pvp is a pain in the ass and the only thing that is different from a pvp server and a pve server in wow is that your pvp flag isnt always on in outdoor zones.

Their are roughly 246,000 horde on US PVP servers that are level 70 and roughly 171,000 horde level 70s on US PVE. that is a difference of 75k people.

75k people that I frankly don't give a shit about. they are probably all dps specced warriors anyway, so screw um.

Take a look at what servers the top PvE guilds are on. You'll notice, they're on PvP servers, not PvE server. Honestly yes, the difference is as you say, however there are a shit-ton more players interested in PvE on PvP servers than you would think. WowJutsu: World of Warcraft Guild Rankings: All US Realms.
