The Enforcer is kind of gay with its 3 round burst alt fire, but it's still better than 2k4's assault rifle.
I like the nades and change of blade placement on the Scorpion, though.

I pretty much only play DM, TDM and Duel. I'm more into the competitive side of UT, Warfare is fun for sure, just I'm not too much into vehicles, I find noobs who have poor aim usually stick to it.
Exugi, UT3 doesn't need you, although if you want to enjoy a thorough ass raping beyond anything you've ever received, then the game is right for you.
