Looking for a guild!
Good day,
I have recently returned to EQ2 from a year and a half absence and started "fresh" on Antonia Bayle last month. I have been playing MMOs for a while now, starting with EQ1 for over 5 years. In EQ1 I've played both casually and with a top raiding guild.
I have also played Asheron's Call 1/2, Dark Age Of Camelot, WoW and Vanguard extensively so I consider myself an experienced player.
I've been married for nearly 20 years, I have a 10 year old son (he's played WoW/VG and now EQ2 <grin>) and I'm 37 years old.
The reason I am posting all this is that I'm looking for a guild on Antonia Bayle where I could fit in with the play style I have at this time.
My play times are mostly during the week-end (fri/sat/sun) although I log in regularly here and there during the week for limited time to craft and do other stuff.
Ideally i'd like to find a guild that has 40-60 active members (not too big so we can know each other, not to small so we can raid sometimes) and plans to raid (or is raiding)progressively a few times a month (once every week or every other week). Basically a middle ground with family-casual and regular raiding.
I've had a few talks with very nice people and I have some guilds in mind, but wondering if there is a better fit. I also have a few friends that are looking for the same sort of guild and they all have about the same gaming experience as I do.
