We are looking for an expert raider who would like to join our officer ranks and help build our new raid guild. Currently we are focused on heavy recruiting so we can hit RoK raid content ASAP. We will start by attacking high end EoF content to help build our teamwork.

This raid officer will have the following characteristics:

-Team Player
-Optimistic, positive attitude
-Desire to help build a new raid guild
-Full knowledge of EoF raids, some RoK raid experience would be helpful as well
-A great knowledge of the game mechanics and strategies
-Excellent knowledge of all classes & their abilities
-Excellent Communication skills thru Ventrilo to help with the raids
-Have high playtimes & have a very high raid attendance (Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri starting at 9pm est)
-Willing to help new raiders understand their role and develop their classes to be highly effective
-Ability to use ACT timers is a plus!

We currently have some seasoned veterans within our ranks with heavy raiding experience. However we are looking for 1 more player to join our officer ranks that meets the above requirements.

Were really not trying to be secretive and will be posting recruiting threads soon. Its just that we are still forming up and getting all our shit together. I just wanted to start conversation with folks who are interested in the above mentioned role.

Also were not looking for someone to come and tell us the strats, we have all the strats for EoF down already and of course RoK is all new, were looking forward to figuring that out together.

Just looking for someone who can helpout with, again, the above mentioned role!
