Although you could probably throw together a group of healers, random scouts and mages, the supply of raid ready bards and chanters seems so low on this server any new guild for T8 faces a daunting task.

How long would it take to PL a troub and illusionist from 50-80 btw? If there is such a dearth, there has to be someone willing.

Maybe 3 weeks. 50-65 SUCKS. The best way imo is to guild PL one up and have someone bot em at the raid. Taking a random player and getting em to 80 runs the risk they may jump ship or stop playing once they get high enough.

Yeah, I miss raiding and have been thinking about running up my trouby nd latching on with someone decent. (All spots will most assuredly be filled by the time I get it to 80). But it's a thought.

I thought about 2nd accounting the troub and having my 61 conjy PL it since both could use levelling and the troub would help the conjy.

Actually we have a good supply of support classes already with a Illusionist, Dirge and Troub already in the guild. Got a great start there.

I think his reasoning is we already have 12+ "raid" guilds on the server already. Off the top of my head:

Ghosts of the Jaggedpine

Eternal Odyessy
Soulforged
Phoenix Unity
Veeshan's Fury
Norrath Secret Society

I know I'm missing some but even with just those, if we average say 30 people each would be 360 raiders. When I counted last week there were a little over 1300 level 80 characters, assuming no alts at 80 that would mean 25% of the level 80 population is in a raid guild. to fill all of them would be difficult at best.
