Should retired AB players use Living Legends
Is the game even worth reinstalling?
I've heard some shitty news but had people asking me to come back so I'm wondering if SoE is even trying to get their shit together beyond desperate marketing and advertising.

Re: Should retired AB players use Living Legends
Why not use it..if it's free? If you left thinking that you'd find something better but also find you are missing some people that you actually did like here - what's the harm in reinstalling and coming back to say hi?
If you are thinking they fixed anything or it's somehow different and that's why you'd come back..then..nah, don't bother.

Re: Should retired AB players use Living Legends
Dogs do their businesss on your lawn for free too.
But despite being free, it's still a pile of shit.
Not to mention it pisses in the face of everyone who's actually paid for this game.
It was retarded enough when they forced everyone to pay a jacked-the-fuck-up price for ROK, and made a lot of us waste money to cover shit we've already paid for again. Now people get a load of stuff for free.
sweet.
I'll put this under the "reasons not to play EQ2" list.

Re: Should retired AB players use Living Legends
what a surprise... Leithe complaining about eq2. Leithe you'd think SoE ran over your dog with how much hatred you spew. Seriously, we know you don't like it, we all get that by now. I've seen you say nothing new on the subject in like 2 months, seriously, get over it man, move on. I defintely hope you're enjoying AoC, but it gets old whenever ANYONE asks anything about EQ2, your response is IT'S DOGSHIT!!!!!OMG OMG. I'd like to say I consider you a friend, and as a friend I'm saying... let it go, move on.
Vendela, It's completely up to you, if you think you would enjoy playing again, I'd say go for it, I know they have some pretty cool stuff coming up soon, and it is free, but if you didn't like it before, and left because you didn't like it, I wouldn't expect it to be magically 100% different, and factor that in your decision.

Re: Should retired AB players use Living Legends
The problem is that it is only free for people that have had an account. Therefor I still can't get certain players like a brother or friend to try EQ2.

Oh yay. Now I get to play a game for free!
Too bad it still isn't worth playing.
Whether you pay for it or not, the game is still shit.
Unfortunately, I think RoK has proved to most of us; with the dev/npu drama, lag problem, etc, that EQ2 is only getting worse and even though it will be free, there is no reason to play a game that isnt fun.

Re: Should retired AB players use Living Legends
If you uninstalled the game it's probably because you weren't having fun. In most cases, enjoyment isn't defined by not receiving the monthly 15 dollar charge on your credit card anymore.

Re: Should retired AB players use Living Legends
eh I'll install and poke around....I woke up this morning and found 4 e-mails asking me to come back and become a guide, worst case scenario I stick around but as their guide and get my EQ2 for free for life.

Sorry. I get bored sometimes and try to come up with new metaphors for disliking eq2 to amuse myself. :P
I've developed a bad habit of forum surfing too much. Probably comes from the fact there's so many retards on the General Discussion forums for AOC, and I feel the need to keep posting essentially the same message:
