im not sure about the exact mechanics but from what i gathered the weapon delays of soulfire sabre and gdoh are gonna be increased when dw to 5.4.
I always thought the more delay the better, but some ppl were saying that 5.4 delay might be too much delay and negatively effect our dps
anyone have any thoughts on this?

Depends on the code. a 5.3 delay weapon procing as a 4.0 delay weapon would hurt. losing 1/3 of auto attack procs/triggers across the board.

if they code it so delay and proc rate are functioning on par with the current system there wont be any problems. (ie: when useing 2 4.0 delay 1h weapons they become 5.3 delay and should proc at a rate of 3.0%/1s delay. so 5.3 delay = 15.9%)

Agreed. If they are actually longer delayed weapons then it's good. If their proc rate doesn't go up it's gonna hurt our dps.
