Did you know how does the +14 dmg work ?
Something like this for example :
Damage rating :80 - 250 would become 94 - 264 ?

that would be too powerful due to dmg calculation. No , it's only applied on total dmg. But it will be added on any dmg landing on target, CA or auto.
If you want to see it , try a weapon with magic bonus like the cudgel of pain (on another toon than assy ofc). or with a bane weapon (like the werewolf one).
