Is it better to have the plus to your piercing slashing on your weapons or say a proc damage.

Are you at 455 piercing or slashing while raiding with your HOs up usually? If so, then get the proc.

I think that haveing say +5 pericing on my weapon;s and +5 slash on my slash type. never tryed proc damg since most have a % on them already say the BS.
