Argh! I hate Bounty.
KoS:
Bounty: 1
STR: 8,8,4,8,2
STA: 4,4,6
INT: 7,4,4,8,2
Yeah I have thought about Surrounding Attack but really my main concern comes down to it's limitations or what I feel they might be.
* 16% trigger chance
* On targets 3-5 CON higher than me, my accuracy is about 80-90%
* Only 35% of my damage output is from Melee
* Only Primary Weapon can trigger effect (50% of melee attacks)
* Combat Arts can not trigger this effect
To me, adding all those up really makes it questionable IMO. Also when fighting anything tough it is usually just that mob. If your pulling groups it's definitely not all that stressful and do you really need the tiny extra DPS?? In certain situations it's awesome and we'll have to see how often that will be when RoK arrives. However where is the merit in all around usability? My issue right now is I have good STR, AGI, and INT but my Health and Stamina blows.
I am definitely going to try it out, and see if I like it. Same as Malignant Mark, I know most say it's worthless but in groups it's the fucking shit. I know in raids it's worthless to have anything in it, but on group parses, 5 points (what I have now) is adding 4-5% to my parse and I can easily hit 1-1.5k (depending on buffs) zonewide in groups. Not using anything good for gear either (not even 70 yet).
Points in Freezing Strike, I need to know why that is useful?? I have yet to see the root last it's full duration, so why make it longer?
About the difference of assassins verse other classes, I'm not sure 1 class made out much better but alot of other classes got alot more options. We really don't have that, we got STR/INT and now STA. Rogues got more options which IMO is powerful in it's own right and always an upgrade.
