yeah, I dont know why people keep saying we are not getting a decap upgrade, they have said many, many times ALL SPELLS are getting upgraded, expect the percent ones and the ones like CoH.

People were saying it because that's what the Dev's said at the FF panel when they talked about changing to a 10 level upgrade system. But like the spell consolidation and a few other things the Dev team has since then changed their minds. I know Aeralik posted in one of these thread basically stating that - yes you will be getting an upgrade.
