I seen a name for one "Fatal Followup" i wonder if this is gonna be like Double up for brigands? and is it gonna work with decap... i would guess no, but killing blade probably.
From what I heard, the more CAs performed before it's used, the more damage it does. I'm pretty sure it isn't like Double Up where it repeats what was cast. Of our ancient spells Finishing Blow (thank god) and apply poison are getting upgraded. I would assume everything else save Decap, Concealment, and Muderous Design would be upgraded also.
sounds pretty awesome then especially after going through all my CA's after the concealment chain... i thought i read somewhere killing blade was being upgraded.... i get mine to crit 10k+ on occation so wont it basically be a decap 2.0
All our spells with the exception of the percent based spells, haste etc are not being upgraded. As for Fatal Followup I am not in beta but from what I have heard it sounds really good and will essentially rule out Wisdom line for AA's for the people already planning for ROK.
basically from what Ive heard about Fatal Followup, its damage increases with each consecutive stealth attack used in a short time period or something like that.

Guess I will just have to keep checking the broker for Honed MI.
I don't see why Decapitate will not be upgraded? Or MD ...I would like to have the master hate transfer seeing this is a level 50 something spell, I will never have it

Read better, Aeralik has already stated that percentage based hate spells will not be upgraded. Decapitate will not be either, follows the 20 lvl rule for class specials apparently.
