the fullset bonus is rly nice ! Fatal Followup will be one of the best dps-incr. tools !!!

i guess as t4 one it does drop only in VP ,and you need some plats and 40 K faction to turn them at faction vendor ?

oddly all that remind me the first faction armors in eq1...exactly the same mechanics and starting from HoT or ToV..
