Point is that line effects 3 CA's (4 if u want to count Point Blank Shot) where Obfuscation effects 2 (counting the means not the end), and Surrounding Attacks effects melee swing only on multi-targets (few uses in RoK). Then Poise which if you haven't seen the bonus, sorry to hear that.

You are giving up melee crit for increased casting and damage on a select group of your CAs. I honestly don't want to take the time to explain the dynamics, but if you actually thought about the benefits for a few seconds you'd be able to realize it's potential.
