Was wondering what the next best spec would be. For the KoS tree I know if obsfucation effected concealment properly it'd be that, but how about the agility tree? Drop intoxication and pick up the 35% casting speed. Not sure if this would be any good or not, didn't try it on my beta buffed assassin. STA seems like it would be alright.

As for the assassin tree, getaway + frontload + repeated stabbing with 5/5 in cloaked assault seems to be the way to go.

the Agi Tree is useless, because : your cast time of ca´s is 0.5 sec except : AoE´s and range Attacks. 35% faster on 0.5 sec casttime ? STA or WIS is useful i think, its the best option.

yes i have tested the Agi Tree and ill take (in that Priority) STA or then WIS instead of Agi. I dont need the cast incr. and im not often in Bowrange, i have absolutly nothing of the bonus.

STA was suppose to be great, but RoK beta came and there weren't really any multi-target encounters.
WIS was suppose to be better, since the vast majority of RoK is single target....But the bonus for concealment is broken
AGI atm I would say is your best bet. I haven't tested it out yet, but it's the last useful line remaining, so you can't really go wrong.


For EoF tree personally I'm specced Excessive Bleeding(21), Repeated Stabbing(21), Frontload (21), Deadly Focus(3), Exacting(4). So far I think dropping 1 point from exacting, was well worth getting the end ability from Bleeding. Getaway is a waste since it doesn't really provide a DPS boost, nor does it help out the raid.

i mean, that depends much of your personal playstyle which tree is the best. And pressing buttons can absolutly everyone. But what Aduros said, i would take Wisdom if that is correct with "more single Encounter". It depends on the Add On.

I will get Excessive Bleeding again as well for the assassin tree. Still dunno about KoS tree yet. Will have to test it out I guess.

Thanks guys.. and you do get a dps boost from getaway, all the bonuses to your temp buffs + instant stealth, however would bleeding outweight that. Hrm, i've never been a fan of bleeding tbh, it probably is.

As for the KoS tree, yeah, I agree aduros, but will 35% casting speed be > intoxication.. seems like all the options suck. When they first buffed the sta line I went str/sta and TBH the aoe proc seemed... meh. I'm not even sure if there's anywhere worthwhile putting points, maybe max everything in str/int? :P Haha.

Thats why they need to fix the WIS line, it would supplement us perfectly in RoK. The deaggro is great if you rip aggro, and Elude doesn't toss it back. 8% bonus to concealment would be great, plus you could pop Spy right before Fatal Followup for a nice 8% bonus on that also. STA line has proven useless, and AGI line is meh.
