Well, here it is, I finaly ended the STR line at lvl31 today, and I was wondering where to put points next?

Just I start right away in the INT line, or maybe put some points in the Assassins Achievements, like Improved Cheap-Shot in order to be able to put 2 stealth-attack on it?

Definitely int line. You'll want to have 8 points in spell crits asap so your poisons crit half of the time. The Assassin AAs are ok-ish complements but the KoS AAs is where you should invest all your points first, imo.

If you are soloing lots, then you might want to check out the AGIl line.
Enhanced: Cheap Shot is also nice.
