So anyone found anything nice yet (aside from RoK Fabled Armor set)?? I have seen some decent rewards and faction items (few and far between) but not much on the side of being really great. So is there anything out there worth looking into.

Need some opinions.
In Crypt of Agony, of the boss mob there isa 6 sec swing sword with a 600 hate proc on it. sorry cant find a pic

Now some may look at the sword and say "hate proc!? wtf would i want that as an assassin?" Well 600 hate in my eyes is not a huge ammount, and I'm the MT agro dump most of the times anyway so it may just help more than hurt.

Now i know there are going to be bigger and better weps out there once i actualy lvl my noob ass and start raiding. But the thing that perks my curiosity is the 6 sec swing on it. Now generaly an assasin wants the slowest swinging wep he can find. The question is, is 6 sec too slow? I could only imagine a 75% poison proc rate ( i think i got the math correct, please correct me if im wrong ) that alone could potentialy add a very large chunk of overall dps. Not to mention the thing should hit like a mac truck.

Not sure about the quality of that wpn, may be a tad to slow.. and let me clarify somethin about hate/threat

You can transfer hate gain, but you can not transfer threat.

Hate is something you gain, threat is something you already have once you have done something.. like if something you do generates 100 hate, and you have 50% reduction/transfer you are left with 50 threat on the mobs list.

So now that you have threat, you could detaunt, proc ignorant bliss or whatever and decrease that threat which you currently have.

So that being said, if that thing increases threat to target by 600, im sorry pal but you are gonna be stuck with it =).

Now I know its a legendary wep, and its dmg is slashing....bleh
But it would be interesting to play around with and have procs out the nose and see what you get with it.

Quite simply, up to 5k crits (6k easy with a brig and good buffs). That's all that has to be said about this thing. IMO its a badass. If you got a decent tank, you will not pull aggro with this but you will see sick numbers from melee swings.

Anyway can we close this thread now before the bitches start screaming nerf. I'd like to keep this thing as it is.

ever heard of detaunt poisons?

1950 deaggro at 2.9 ppm >> 600 aggro at 1.6 ppm

Deaggro poisons shouldn't be used to cover an aggro proc. They should be used to keep the massive amount of aggro I'm generating already from DPS in check. Not to mention the top end is horrible for a 6s delay weapon.

Haha, PWNED!!!

No doubt though, this weapon isnt that great. The throatripper is like 388 on the top end and is 4 sec delay with a nasty 500+ DD proc on top of it, thats my kind of weapon.
