Is anyone else seeing a pattern that most of the adept 3's for tier 8 are not better then tier 7's masters? This really pisses me off. They should be at least a slight upgrade. When I level I don't get excited unless it is for gear that I'll get to equip. I was actually looking forward to some upgrades. I guess I'll just have to wait and get masters to see a noticeable upgrade.

Try to see it from the bright side: You save money for loams, and can straight go buy masters as soon as prices get more reasonable. .

Well as far as I can see, all the adpt 3 are upgrades, so I dont know what you mean.

the only one I saw that was not was Villian.

The problem is, the upgrades are so small, but the power to use them is greater in ratio then the damage you gain.

not only that, ad3 is easier to resist then master 1.

So yeah they screwed up making these new spells, and the kicker seems Master will be ultra rare like in T6 days. sell for 100 p ect,,,very lame

It's not just assassin adept 3's. Ranger ones have just as little upgrade and some are actually downgrades. Why I've only upgraded a handful of them because the others just aren't worth it.

They need to have a master day screw up like they did back in T6

So, assuming the t8 ad3 is equal to the t7 master, Which should we use? Would the greyed out master really be tougher for the mob to resist? I mean, I've just been taking the slight upgrades assuming they'd hit more often.

One thing to keep in mind with spell upgrades is how far into the stat curve/cap are you. Your t7 to high t6 spells are probably all but maxed at that lvls stat cap while in T8 with a higher curve/cap you still have some room to grow. Try grabbing a couple STR buffing classes and comparing them again.

You have to figure T8 CAs will hit more often to right? That's my thinking anyway.

Slight upgrade and better hit ratio = a little better for your plats.

It also boosts the value of T8 Masters which is a pick your poison type of thing.
