Buffs were useful before the coming of diminishing return curves. Stacking more on your already high stat was still a benefit , until you reached the hard cap.
But now, that should be reviewed. We should have (us all preds and rogues ) , buffs that help with completion in skills and not renforce something that will finish in diminsh curve.
Naturally high dps mod, then give haste. Naturally high haste ,then give dps . That would benefit more than going above the diminishing return point.
