Dirge DPS or STR song?

Given my self DPS buffs I always hassle the Dirge or Troub for the STR song. Other melee classes always bug him/her for the dps song. Am I being selfish here or is there actually more benefit when the dps buff is up?

Personally I'd choose STR and say it's marginally better, however Troubadors buff Haste instead of DPS, so in that case I would choose Haste.

DPS mod = better for the tank = better for aggro = better for you. My guard parses 1800-3000 in a group that gives decent buffs... which allows the DPS to go crazy.

Might be better to go str song if there is a coercer in the group though.

He should have enough conc to run: DPS, Skill buff, Tombs, Power Regen, Strength. As long as your not in MT, ask him to drop the unnecessary buffs like Stoneskin or Parry.

Only if you are in the MT group.
