Can't really look at it that way because YOU have to get hit for the proc to trigger. It doesn't mean anything when even the tier 1 trash can 1 shot us. I over-looked that myself and afterwards, the Gi is definitely better. The Carapace still isn't bad for the stats but the proc is one of those ??WTF?? for chain wearers.
