Older Proc Gear

So as I'm gearing up in RoK...etc, I'm looking back at some stuff I've used and wondering if it's still up to par. There are obvisouly much better raid things available but I switched mains at the very end of EoF so my Assassin missed out on a lot of that stuff.

Specifically I'm wondering about the War Mantle of Rallos and the Orb of the Wanderer.

ATM, I'm trying to decide between the War Mantle and Ry'zilk's Feather Cloak (+2 Melee crit, +9 STR). I've stuck w/ War Mantle based on some past posts, but I don't see it proc'ing all that often despite being Frontload Spec'd.

Regarding the Orb, I have Droag Talon Plugs (+2 melee crit, +5 Slashing/Piercing) and Waster Hunter Earring (+2 melee crit, +5 ranged crit). Lately I've been going without the Orb for the other 2, but not sure if that's my best DPS choice.

As for the Cloak, I would say the Feather Cloak is better but I use Mistmoore's Cloak and +2 Crit is nice so I would go by that even though it's not an equal comparison.

The 2 new earrings are better than the Orb, thats just my opinion. Be interesting to see what others say. The Orb was nice before but I dont see many people still using it.
