There seems to be either a display error or a coding error with Scarring Blow and +CA items.

Try switching a +CA item with another piece of equipment. Then switch out the same two items a few times noting the damage of Scarring Blow.

The Min - Max numbers seem to be picked randomly, no matter which item is equipped. It's varying as much as 90 points regardless of the item.

Using Profit UI at the moment and hoping it's some sort of display bug. When I have more time I'm going to try parsing the CA.

I dont think the bonus of +CA damage shows up in the examine window for your CA's. The damage of a CA is calculated and then the +CA damage mod is applied when giving the final total damage done.

This is wrong. The examine displays all +Damage benefit.

It's not the STR that is causing the error.

If you switch back to the original item you have completely different numbers. Sometimes higher then the + ca item sometimes lower.

I have tried to duplicate your bug with no luck. That probably means it's a display bug.
