Because brawlers are parsing really high right now when in a stacked group and might at times prefer deagro or power instead of more dmg.

It's not better than our own hemo. If you have 5 point in hemo and 5 in aplly toxins is almost as good but not quite. Other classes do a higher % of dmg from it because they don't have the same ca's. But their total dmg from it is less than ours.

I usually try to give it to the Bard and not the Main Tank. I figure they have a better hit% than the tank and our tank doesn't have aggro issues.

If we did get Mental as an option, I would definitely give it to a healer that can melee. Pretty much infinite power if they made the effect as good as Apply is for hemo. Doubtful that it would ever happen because it would be tunbalanced to have healers @ 100% power at all times. IMO, we would be one of the best utilities in the game and thats just not our forte.

No, the only reason why it might not be as good is because the proc % on Toxins is 1.3 times per minute lower than hemo, however, the damage on Toxins is much higher so it evens out.

You also have to take into account that the majority of classes that you give Toxins to won't have 50+% spell crits like an Assassin does and the fact that Toxins won't tick as fast for them as hemo does for an Assassin.

If a bard had the option of getting Toxins m1 (with 5 AAs) from an Assassin vs being able to use Expert's Hemotoxins they would all choose Toxins m1.

The dmg on toxins is not higher but lower. You are correct that the proc rate on toxins is lower. And nobody said anything about a bard being able to use their own hemotoxin.

Then with 5 AAs you add 15% to the 498 which makes it 572.

Are you really an assassin? How the fuck do you not know this?

I made the last point about a Bard choosing to further illustrate my point that Apply Toxins M1 is better than Expert's Hemotoxin. Clearly though, you couldn't follow that either.

You are clearly not an assassin or 'assassin' would not be red in your screen shots.

For me, hemotoxin says it procs 4.9/min, lasts for 14 secs, and does 370 dmg every 2.3 seconds.

Toxins says it procs 3.8/min, lasts for 14 seconds, and does 340 every 2.3 seconds.

So hemotox does more damage and procs more often. Hows it better again .... umm troub? Is that your class?

He's also comparing the master 1 version and you are not accounting for the extra 15% so at least for me Apply Toxins Adept 3 is more than Expert's Hemo.
