I completed the quest on Wednesday night. I'm not sure if this will help you.

The skyfire named Guardian of the blade or whatever his name is, only spawned when I practically WALKED ONTO his spawn spot. Took me an hour of running around to realise it. I died first time (coz I was alone), then watched it despawn after few minutes, revived, gathered my group, and came back. And I spawned him again with same method.

His spawn spot is immediately on top of the stairs leading to VP, in dead centre, in between the 2 droags^^^.

The guardian didn't spawn automatically when I clicked all 3 skyfire scrolls.

That doesn't help those of us who can't even click any of the skyfire alters because some noob messed up his quest~

Does the mob stay up? Can the next assassin go kill him, then click on your scrolls and kill him again?

Ok, so way back when I finished SoD I deleted the Crow Coin not knowing we were going to need it for this epic. Any way to get it back? Can I just hail the guy and get another? Haven't tried yet, just finished searching thru my bags looking for it... Thanks!

Kinda stuck atm. Cleared Unrest to hag room, but folks had to go.. We came back tonight but the mob does not pop. We do get the message Ekner Darkblade steps into the shadows, but no pop.

And it might be you have to kill him without zoning out, bud

no , i killed eknar after loguing out ,the day after coz the same evening i wasnt able to gather a group.

But , even if you kill him, you got the message (that messed me up coz i made another group coming for the update and he wasnt repoping).

Or you wasnt with see stealth (see invi doesnt work) or someone came while and killed him. But else ,as long you dont reset the instance, he's up inside.

for the crow coin, i think a npc is giving you one during the epic quest.
the SoD one just help other folks to enter the instance.(if u need help to kill the mob inside).

The npc in EFP gives out the crow coin. I have two now. As for Unrest, giong back in with just a guild group again and will get that sucka.
