I remember reading about what all the assassins were looking forward to in their epic appearances: katanas, sais, kukris... what have you. Never once did 'wizzy dagger with an old particle effect' appear on that list.

... maybe they'll add weapon appearance slots! -_-

In all seriousness this item graphic is complete shit the difficulty of the quest let alone should secure a sweet looking item.

There was so much potential for a sweet unique item and it was all lost with the butterknife.

Somone said before this had to be either the first epic designed or the last. Although its doubtfull maybe someone will re-examine the graphic and tweak it a bit.

If not I can always hope for weapon appearances!

with the sickeningly powerful procs on your epic, i'd just stfu if i were an assassin. you have every single melee DPS class willing to rape their own mother to get a flurry proc like that. it's good. probably too good. don't draw attention to stupid shit like graphics unless you want the discussion to blow up into epic balance in general.

if you dont like ornate looking knives, TOO BAD. the devs can't satisfy everyone. no one else got to pick their graphics either... i mean shit, do you think ANY brigand would have picked the purple pigsticker we have now if we were given a multiple choice concept art option months ago?
