Shaman and group only. It's better than Jcap because it effects casting speed and recovery speed aswell as recast.

You get to use it ever? you bastards! how do you swing it? Do you just tell the healers to fucking heal you or you'll hunt them down in their parents basement? When do ya use it and when do ya not? Is it basically used ont rash taken off on names?

i guess they switch it when execute is up again :p As u cannot in fight anymore,better choose the right time to swap.
