Looking for Advice and opinions on the best 2 piercing Weapon adornments.

Currently using Fabled Version Epic and Betrayal's Song in secondary.

And Does anyone know if the Smoldering viral Temper's proc reduces 17.7% of mobs swing haste or run speed.

If you have power issues use two phantom piths. This normally is an issue if you're fully spec'd poise/repeated stabbings and only have one regen in your group.

If you do not have power issues your best bet is to use a runic temper in your mainhand and a vampiric handle in your offhand, if you're looking for damage adornments.

The adorn on the primary weapon is the only one that has a chance to trigger from CAs.

But adornments on the offhand weapon will still have a trigger chance on Autoattacks. (just like innate weapon procs)

Vamp, or phantom is what I've always gone with, either 2 phantoms or one phantom and one vamp.

instead runic ,i choosed the poison dot one(serpentine). with mesh+poison combo , the dot on proc is more potent than the magic one from runic.

The only reason I don't like the poison dot is because there are some fights, like drusella or any of the mobs can proc a stun or stifle off of damage, where dots are not your friend.
