I've been looking at this for a while and I don't know why it's being rated so high on the loot tables. On my server, is this worth 80pp to buy all the collection pieces?

yah its a great piece there are better ears and rings out there but if you dont have those or cant clear the content to get them it wont hurt to pick the mark up

Anyways, updated it quite some, took a while!
I added all the ones Eweh posted, removed old Tier Avatar Loot since it's no longer obtainable and replaced them with the newer stuff.

Let me know what's missing.

You should probably add Soul lancer boots, if you list gloves+shoulders for the 3 set boni, and btw boots are not that bad with 3 mc and 40ca 6dps.
