You think its better than the feather cloak with the +2 MC? I don't have any of the cloaks on the list, are there any between mistmoore's cloak and zek?

Man, i need to figure out what the hell i did with that cloak.

question is ... how much of your zw does 2% mc boost when you are at 85% crit +???

Saying that your zw is 6k dps and you are at an avg 80% Mcrit ... and 80(saying mark/poison/procs are 20% of your zw which is easy)% of that is affected by MC and not SC... thats 4800 dps... now .. half of which are mele and half CA's mele gets boosted about .7% per point while CA's are .3% per point .. so avg boost is .5% (oversimplifying for ease of understanding) making your 80% crit a 40% boost to your overall dps ... meaning only 2880 of that dps can still be affected by crit... if 2% crit = 1% boost to noncrit dps = 28.8 dps from 2% which is about a .3% boost overall.. while cloak proc is a tad under 50 ZW dps for me...

(EDIT) then again about 6% of my zw comes from chest so it skews things just a tad.. particularly in frontload fights

I think you went waaaaay too simplistic in trying to explain that, Skratt. However, saying melee and CA's are 50/50 is kind of a bad concept, as well. With mythical, you *might* be able to claim that, but I don't think so.

Actually benji with the sick groups i been geting as of late .. 77% double attack is the norm.. been as high as 83% da.. then again i suck and i have the 7% da sleeves since i have never seen the +4 crit ones drop.. for me auto attack falls right about 40% of my ZW

My Fatall followup (due to many botched CC when it procs) damage has taken a hit since wearing the bp... but its still been a boost

But yeah the less your dps comes from AA the value of + crit drops some... so at least from my standpoint Zek Cloak > +2 crit

Well, my dps is still around 30% of a ZW (No mythical), and my crits are usually between 50 and 60%, with 10% DA. So, i guess I'll check a parse and run the numbers for myself, but it sounds like I really need to find my damn cloak. I stopped wearing it when the proc was broken and never put it back on.

51 % crit atm, i'll keep it, and i like the heal proc inclued

also, i have seen a lot the dmg proc resisted on the RZ one, so that's a bit lost of dps, especially when you re at 150+ dps mod already, a 14 bonus wont add much dmg.

I'm wearing Zek since I don't have anything better atm.

It's between Zek and the feather cloak and I don't know - it just seems like it's contributing to more dps (in Dirge group anyway) than the 2 MC would (between 65-80ish MC in raids and when Epic (not Mythical yet unfort) procs.

Curious if you guys get any flak for wearing Bloodthirsty (and what groups you're in). I can't wear in OT and usually having one healer in a DPS group usually means my health is spiking red a few times a fight.

i catch flak from it, but I'm usually in OT or MT group, so it eats up wards. I think the ideal spot to be would be a DPS group with a fury healing. The fury has no trouble keeping me alive with his group heals, which he is casting anyway.

If you get flak then your healer is retarded.. 1 person in the group wearing the Choker is hardly any work at all.
