Bloodthirsty is superior by a long shot. Even more now when reaching 50%+ melee crit is so easy~.

No matter what fight, Bloodthirsty it better. Whether or not you can stay alive wearing it has no basis on whether or not it's a better item to wear, imo.

Now, if you're dying every fight because your healers suck, well..
