I just want to blow off some steam and say that the new Assassin AAs are shit. Not even shit that feels relieving when it exits. Just plain shit. More like the kind you get after eating at Taco Bell. Shit that does nothing for your DPS. Shit that was probably designed by someone who's never played an assassin. Shit that Brigands complained about and made it even shittier. Shit that makes you sad because once everyone is at 100 AA poi...erm...100 shit points, Assassins may be out DPS'd by a Swashbuckler.

That's what kind of shit the Assassin AA's are.

1 : we sprint faster than swashies.
2 : if you get outparsed by a swash there's something wrong

there are allot of classes, and not just swashies, that can and do out dps a good assassin, IMO summoners too, no reason classes with that much flexablity and utility should be out doing predators. And to me what is overlooked and the kicker is, they dont need fabled weapons to do it.

i think if a swash outparses you, he went the wrong aa setup, no?

Or it could be the swashbuckler has a better group for him than the group you have for yourself. I think you should look at Swashbuckler AAs then decide whether it's their AA setup that's giving them more DPS than you.

In single encounter, Manaburn or Lifeburn can drop us to 3rd spot on DPS.
In group encounter, Swashy will parse above us.

Given same group we can pull slighty better in Zone than Swashy.

My biggest concern is assassin is no longer the biggest spike class atm.
