Wow thanks for all the tips, I'll start going through this with questions bit by bit.

Do I need deathmark to proc during dispatch or does it just need to be applied during dispatch (example: if I cast deathmark 1/2 a second before dispatch goes down, would it still benefit?)

What I normally do is use spy+stealth assault then start concealment and use masked+pinpoint, I'll try it out your way to see how it works, sounds good, I didn't know that you could have pinpoint apply twice towards the same FFU, I figured it meant discrete attacts used.

I have been doing this, using an extension in ACT, it's more difficult than it sounds, even with a 4 delay weapon :P

Just needs to proc during Dispatch but in a raid Agonizing Pain procs really quick. Our Brig DP's very early so I use the first few seconds to get off an HO chain, Debuffs, and Dots. By that time he dispatches, I hit Death Mark, then Conceal chain, even ear/spine shot. Works for me but better suggestion would be to figure out a casting order between yourself and the brig to time things down. DP is a awesome debuff for us so imo you would want to take full advantage of it with all your big hitters.

Yeah I go masked+pinpoint+conceal+velium+stealth. I like getting stealth off early as well since it's a good source of damage.

Yeah you can get 2 pinpoints in a FF chain if you have exacting up.

As another person pointed out Ritual of Alacrity from a Mystic or Defiler is just as good, probably better.

Doing it a total of 10 times doesn't give you the ability to call it anything BUT luck.

I've been wondering about CoB. What do most of you do when its called? I guess vliz times his AA, but I don't think most of us do that. When CoB is up, do you stop using combat arts for the next few seconds?

I have no idea why you'd try to time AA's for it. The disease dmg procs off any melee attack.

I thought it only proc'd off of auto attacks, not combat arts. But I don't remember where I read that now.

CoB = 17s duration, 30s recast, 2 dirges = each dirges can cast it every 32s, thus giving you 34s with 2s overlap with proper timing, thus perma-cob.
