Now that the RE2 cloak is out with a 5% reduc in CA timers has anyone thought to dust off the Ring of Four Winds for a 10% bonus?

I gues it would depend on wht you are getting rid of tbh. personaly it would be the reet eye ring, I dont think I would miss it too much.

I wounder if the cloak and ring even stack properly.

No need. New Scout cloak from the New Runnyeye has the same bonus plus more. I believe +35 STR, +5 INT, +3 Melee Crit, and +35 Combat Art Damage as well.

while we are on jewelery, our brig recieved this yesterday. was wondering what you guys were replacing for it as its ring/wrist. was guna go for tyn shackle myself because of its low str value and it has no +CA.

I would say Wrist all the way on the bangle. WAY more choices for rings, IMHO.
