Theres soooo many different ways to activate it whenever you want...I mean spend some time playing with it. Theres literally 4 different scenarios I can remember just off the top of my head. Id prob say I could leave it up about 75-80percent of the time if I was feeling motivated to try.

oh shit i forgot i cant tell people the trade secrets of high dps. lol some would probably be unable to figure out how to turn off the cooldown proc. cause they wouldnt be able to find it in their window
