This has me intrigued though... Anyone raided recently with and without Poise, to give us some marker of how it effects your DPS?

I have been playing with dropping the AGI line as opposed to the INT line in order to pick up the STA line.
When I dropped the AGI line, the casting was unreal slow. And getting through an entire conceal chain was an adventure. Any misses that would force me to hit mask or spy (or some dmg ca) again to re-enter stealth would completely bork my FF damage. Whereas with Poise I had some wiggle room for small KBs and missed stabs.
That said, I didn't notice any decrease in overall dps... though there were a few trash fights I would fall pretty low because I wasn't able to get a chain off and I wasn't able to fly through my CAs like I used to with poise.
The other assassin in the guild dropped the INT line for the STA line and hasn't noticed any decrease on single mobs, while enjoying a nice enough boost to multi-mob encounters that he can still keep pace with the warlocks. I've also tried dropping the INT line.
IMO, dropping the INT line is the way to go unless you have a group with a lot of casting speed buffs.
Looks like for this expac I'm going to have a heroic instance spec (with STA line) and a raid spec (same spec from ROK) as opposed to a raid/heroic spec and a solo/tank spec like I had in ROK. This may change as I see more raid zones in TSO and see if they have as many multi mob encounters as the heroic zones seem to. If this is the case my raid and heroic specs may become one in the same.
