That is your first mistake, grouping with a vp-geared assassin with his/her mythical. I know tanks who can't keep aggro off of vp-geared assassin with mythical... And they are TSO geared without mythical... So I understand the complaint, but complaining bout holding aggro off a vp-geared assassin with mythical...

I logged into test last night, and the sk MT couldn't keep aggro from me even with me just auto attacking. Even after burning all 5 of my hate decreasers (two of which drop my hate position). I dunno if he was in offensive stance, or maybe he just wans't taunting at all. But we were all there to test the new aggro changes, so he musta been trying.
IOW, the fucking sky is falling. Next i need to go there with a tank I know, i guess.

So... Assassins with mythicals shouldn't be grouping?
Or raiding, they only shit up more people when they get aggro and the mobs frontals the raid...?
Without MD, I R scared as to how my repair bill will look at the end of the night. Or the amount of time I'll slam my keyboard from getting one shotted by raid mobs, Elusive Maneuvers or not. :P
I hope I'm wrong... But I don't think people understand how huge a role MD played in us not getting aggro all the time.

The troub dehate played a much bigger role IMO. I'm not crying over the loss of MD near as much as the troub buff. Peaceful link is gone too right?
I wonder how much difference it will make if we put all possible points into ignorant bliss. Is there a cap on how much the detaunt can be increased? I hope its not 50% of the base amt like dmg spells.

So no matter what I would assume it is safe to say with our hate being changed to a proc, that Assassins will now replace the Swashbucklers in the main tank group for templar blessing and luck of the dirge. Thats 40% chance to proc, and I am also assuming we will have to start using bliss and spec for it as well. This should be interesting. SOE sure knows how to stir the pot. /sigh

Coulda swore I was told that "the effects on ... equipped items" meant this did not affect poisons because they were applied. Wasn't it changed a few months back?
Though I admit I have not tested it because I never get a templar.

What? how does that even make sense? getting % proc enhancers to proc a deagro proc to stay alive? you do realise it enhances damage poison, signet of betryal (which has its own +hate proc), sash of pain etc so there will be no point in doing it anyway because all of your other procs will just cancel it out...
not to mention the troub 8% dehate and extra melee proc to reduce agro will prolly be more than enhancing trigger rate of ignorant bliss and MD.

I see two flaws in your reasoning ;
first one is to think that you would be placed in the MT group
just to take advantage of mystic/dirge/templar proc % enhancers
in order to stay alive.
The MT group has to be a stacked group, and without the ass hate xfer you won't be bringing anything besides apply poison, which, how great that buff is, is not near the benefit of a 3rd healer/Illu/troub/SK/
secondly an increased trigger % would more likely kill you than save your ass.
Good thing asses have the best debuff in game in order to bring a bit more than pure dps.
With LU51 there is no reason for them to be in the MT group.
