Hi everyone.

I am fairly new to EQII and have the basic principles of my toon down. However, I am having some difficulty maintaining stealth in combat, therefore only getting one stealthed attack in during a fight. It is easier when grouping, but more difficulty while soloing. I was wondering if anyone had any advice towards maintaining stealth in combat so I can get my dps up. I know weapon procs play a part in breaking stealth, but even when I am attempting to conceal, alot of times it will fail. So I thought to ask the pro's here how I can improve this technique!

Put 5 points into enhancing Stun (will lengthen the time that the mob is stunned) in your assassin tree. Conceal > stun > CA to enter stealth > as many backstabs as possible before either the stun timer ends or it's dead.

But honestly, I rarely concealed when soloing. I'd just open with my biggest backstab that was available, hit him with a couple dots, stun, strafe around for masked + another backstab, velium strike to root and joust out to arrow him down.

Once you're geared up though, it's more like open with biggest backstab, flurry procs and it's dead.
