Better Offhands?

At the moment i have Throatripper, and was curious what you guys think are some good offhands.
At the moment can clear VP, and some of the named in various TSO Raids.

Was hoping for maybe a list of better offhands that are somewhat obtainable

In raid we usually have two people running with Lifespike so figure the proc on that isnt too good with that many at the moment.

Only thing that says about is the Sabre and Meat Cleaver near the end of the post :P
The rest is just about Lifespike (which i mentioned) and the CC and such.

The proc will out dps the proc from throatripper and generally lifespike.
for my 80swashbuckler with 565 int it reads 345 damage every 2seconds for 8seconds and generally once the proc goes off it doesnt go down.

I used this weapon my last palace trash raid and i believe it was around 180 dps while my zonewide was about 10k.

Lifespike is better than Doomblade.

I have TR and Lifespike. I looked at my zw on act and in MT group with templar and dirge it is not really a big part of my zw. Is it broken or am I just reading act the wrong way. I stay with TR, seems to do alot more spike damage. I just parse better with TR. /shrug.
